GOVERNED AGENT PAYMENTS

Authorisation infrastructure between an AI agent and a payment rail. The agent proposes, a deterministic decision engine evaluates it against layered policy, the payer authorises on their own device, a signed hash-chained ledger records it, and three-way reconciliation checks the merchant and the bank against what was authorised. Built spec-first: 614 tests, ten adversarial stress profiles, zero invariant violations.

An AI marketing system that runs go to market end to end for a niche industrial manufacturer: one governing brain, two execution arms, live outbound and a published content engine. Every claim is guardrailed, every send is human gated, and every step body was verified against the API rather than the dashboard.

TrackNotch lives in the MacBook notch wings and shows real-time token usage, cost, and rate limits for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, ChatGPT Desktop, the Anthropic API, and OpenAI, all on-device, no backend, no telemetry. v1.1.2 released and open-source.

Outbound Engine

An end-to-end outbound engine: multi-source prospect discovery, contact resolution with confidence scoring, AI-personalised messaging behind a quality gate, per-prospect collateral tailoring, OOO detection, scheduled sends, and A/B testing tracked in Google Sheets. This engine was then scaffolded and refactored into AISDR, the outbound arm of a governed AI marketing system I built for a manufacturing client.
