I believe the best products are built at the intersection of sharp user insight, disciplined execution, and a bias for shipping. I've done it at payments startups, built AI tools solo from 0 to 1, and built an outbound personalisation engine that now runs in production for a B2B client.

Built a native macOS app that tracks real-time LLM usage across five providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, Codex) in the MacBook notch wing. Designed and shipped solo in Swift. All credentials and data stay on-device via macOS Keychain: no backend, no telemetry. Open-source, released via GitHub and featured on Product Hunt.

Added an agentic AI layer to a B2B process-equipment manufacturer: an AI SDR that runs cold outreach and qualifies leads through conversation, with full business context on services, clients, and history. Sales steps in at final conversion. Also rebuilt the company website end-to-end, taking it from a zero baseline to 171 users across 7 countries.
