Built a native macOS app that tracks real-time LLM usage across seven providers (including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, the Anthropic API and OpenAI) in the MacBook notch wing. Designed and shipped solo in Swift. All credentials and data stay on-device via macOS Keychain: no backend, no telemetry. Open source on GitHub and featured on Product Hunt on launch day.

Shipped a governed 3-agent AI marketing system for a B2B process-equipment manufacturer: a strategy brain with outbound and content arms, human-gated sends, and enforced confidentiality with zero client-name leaks. It opened the first outbound channel for a business that ran entirely on referrals. Also rebuilt the company website, taking it from a zero baseline to 171 users across 7 countries.

Owned the payments flow for a 3-app commerce platform: wrote the payments and geo-fencing PRDs, integrated Razorpay Route for split settlements to merchants, and drove an AI automation layer that removed ~80% of manual payment reconciliation (a process estimate). Engagement rose 20% over 3 months (Microsoft Clarity); internal review estimated ~30% fewer UI inconsistencies from a two-tier design system.
