I believe the best products are built at the intersection of sharp user insight, disciplined execution, and a bias for shipping. I've done it at payments startups, built AI tools solo from 0 to 1, and automated my own job search pipeline as a live proof point.

Built a native macOS app that tracks real-time LLM usage across providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, Codex) displayed in the Mac notch wing. Designed and shipped solo in Swift. All credentials and data stay on-device via macOS Keychain — no backend, no telemetry. Open-source on GitHub.

Added an agentic AI layer to the business: a custom AI SDR agent that handles Sharpenn's full outreach and lead qualification funnel. The agent has complete business context — services, clients, and history. It runs cold outreach, qualifies leads through conversation, and gets smarter over time from website enquiries and incoming emails. Sales team steps in at final conversion. Also revamped the company website end-to-end.

Led product and design across 3 apps (consumer, merchant, operations). Owned PRDs, design system, and cross-functional delivery. Drove 20% engagement increase in 3 months and 80% reduction in manual payment reconciliation via AI.
